If you all dont mind me asking, how much is it these days to have the vanos refreshed? I've had one done in past but that was about 7 years ago on a m3 I owned at the time.

From memory £1380, this was a full vanos overhaul and inspection 1. BMW outrageously wanted £1300 just for the Insp 1
