Z4M Turbo conversion

Beedub have you also changed your brake system? And if no how the ESS upgrade has affected the braking of the car?
Also what is your fuel consumption now?

Thank you.

it was ok with the stock stuff by one sprint session finished them off tbh, i have AP front and rear setup. Full consumption is around 5-10mpg when pushing on... when cruising 28ish.

:dizzy: :dizzy: :dizzy: 5-10 mpg that is a big disadvantage. the 28 is very normal but I guess you will see it rarely.

I see with everything stock around 17 mpg - 14 l/100km.

After the upgrade with AP brakes the handling is different? Does them create different feeling while braking?

Assuming Beedub you're talking about your sprint sessions rather than fast road driving I'd say that's pretty good considering you're over 100hp up on us. Track driving usually sees me 9-11mpg ish.

As for AP brake upgrade, well you save around 20kg of unsprung mass over the stock setup, they certainly don't hurt the handling. Mega brakes, just a whole different world of braking compared to stock (assuming you are driving on track).

The fuel consumption is really bad tbh but its around 150hp over so what can i expect??, 28 on a long steady run but thats rare , very rare.

I wouldnt say they made the handling any different but they were lighter on each corner, the brake pedal feel is very nice, solid , right at the top of the pedal, such an amazing upgrade, they can handle anything my car can throw it at, all day long, i did on one occasion have them smoking in spectacular fashion.

Yeah, these ESS kits for the z4m can give total output of between 459&575bhp,depending on kit, mods etc. :driving:
Brings the 0-60 sprint down to around 4seconds or less :D

Correct...typo......500bhp..???

my last dyno was 520ish i think..... ill need to dig out the graph.

tbh i only use the dyno for general tune health checks , the figures are too easily manipulated.

It feels very healthy anyway

"Very healthy"

I've never heard "fucking mental" described that way before :D
