stolen from Zpost, i just had to share!! check out the M4 bumper, wasn't to keen on it at first but i think this car is just ACE!! so cool!! And that colour has to be one of the best automotive colours EVER!
Front bumpers looks gash!!! Doesn't go with the car at all and just looks cheap and nasty. I'm pretty sure Harmann do a better looking front bumper and that's saying something!
The rear looks good though and the colour is lovely.
Stunning colour. Is that an official BMW tone of old or something somebody has done independently? Has just enough purple but not enough to scream 'look at how individual I am'.
I love that colour
I always lusted after an E36 M3 in Techno Violet (guess I still do a little bit).... if I ever had to have a full body respray on #320...
The color would look better on a none molested z4. But I like the look. The color is so nice it shouldn't be used on a "modded" car. But at the same time I like the look of this build. Would look nice on a black or maybe a red color?
I think the bumpers bring it 'up to date' without ruining it, though I'd have used a more subtle spliter that precisely matched the line of the bumper itself. Given the front was being fabricated anyway I'd also have been tempted to try and leave the lines in that run down from the lights on the OEM bumper, but fade them out in the same way as the lines on the bonnet. That would push the very front out a bit more and make it look less plain across the front.
@ Perry - same thing occurred to me, if I was ever to spend £3.5k+ on a complete respray it'd have to be an option to consider. I'm not sure an Imola interior would work... But I like Imola with Interlagos, so my weird head would probably make it work
