Z4M Style 224 Alloys

I have a set of style 224 wheels from the Z4M I’m breaking. Front wheels are spotless but strangely the rears have a few chip marks round the bolt holes. No curbing on any wheels as these were straightened and refurbed start of last year. Tyres are toast so they will need replacing.

Morning, I am interested in the wheels, can you confirm what tyre sizes they take please ? (For a Z4). New owners and looking to upgrade my 17's....!

What sort of refurb have they had? Looks just like the faces have been painted and not the barrels?
Not dipped stripped and powder coated?

Hello mate. Tyres sizes are 255/35/18 and 225/40/18

They were completely stripped and repainted. It’s because I only gave the face a wipe for the photos. The insides would clean up just as nice.

I’m interest but I would have to refurb all 4 wheels as matching just the rears is going to be difficult.
Bearing that in mind what would you take for them?

Hello Joycey - what do you mean by they were straightened last year please? Was this some structural rectification?

After many years on our roads wheels get distorted. Part of the wheel refurb process is to spin the wheels to see if they're in shape and use a combination of heat and hydraulic to make the wheel spin true. Good indication of this is how little wheel weights are on the wheels. This is common practice done professionally. Many videos on youtube if your curious.

Thanks for that 👍

That’s a decent price for a set of 224s and in my opinion the best looking wheel for an E85
