Z4M Seats Vs M Sports Seats

Heres an interesting question for you, saw a Z4M roadser the other day - badges, etc etc all looked great. However, the seats had M logos in the neck area and adjustable head rests. I assumed that an M would have the same M sports seats we all get. Is that not the case? These were manually adjusted so nothing special there.
 
I assumed they were different after seeing each in photos but interested to hear more info...
 
I take it these must be a totally different seat as fitted to the 3 series M Sport's possibly?
 
No Idea - this was a z4M roadster - facelifted. I thought there were two types of seat - the ones with the adjustable headrest on the bulk of the roadsters and the M seats (non adjustable head rests) on those regular Zeds as an option and all the M's. Hence I was suprised to see an M with adjustable head rests fitted inside it.....odd - maybe?
 
Cant be standard seats, also not all ///M's have the logo on them for some reason, think it might be something to do with extended leather option.
 
My Z4 M seats have the logo but the headrests are not adjustable. I've seen many Z4 M cars, none of which had adjustable headrests.
