Since owning my Z4M Roadster I have seen very few on the road, anyone have any idea how many were made for the UK market and I would love to know how many are still out there
 
Whilst I have seen that table before, I am surprised that their were such a relatively large number of ///M Roadsters in Imola Red; I.e. More than 50% of the number in Black Sapphire.
 
Surprised that there is only 1 Space Grey Roadster. It's a very popular colour on the 3 Series.

Is this table a total for all model years for the UK?

Also.. Other tables I've seen suggest that the roadster was sold in fewer numbers (rhd) than the coupe... But in rainy UK it's the opposite!

i have another source and that also says 84 imola reds

What does a launch colour entail?
I know it means it was launched in that i.e.. all the media showed it in that colour (Coupe in IB & Roadster in Imola)
Other examples would be the 1M in VO or the M2 in LBB,
but does it also mean they made quite a few of it before specific orders were made? ie. made x Imola roadsters irrespective of demand.

Yes, it means exactly that.

They made a good few in the 2 'standard', no cost colours that it was advertised in, before they even had orders for them.
 
Thanks for that info Taz, according to that chart my Z4M Roadster was the most ordered colour (interlagos blue) The chart shows 14 different colours, to my knowledge when I ordered mine there was not that many colours. The Imola red and Interlagos Blue were popular with dealerships orders for demo purposes. I had seen another list which showed the breakdown of Z4M's produced in LHD and RHD for the European market and worldwide market.

Thanks buzyg. My interest was for my country, Greece specifically, to see how rare is this car here. The seller told me that where only 14 Z4M imported officially. I believe though that he was only trying to "sell" me exclusivity and the number is higher.
