Expecting £460ish for the year, it's a chunk of wedge especially as I have owned it for 4 years and pay the warranty!!

Painful, isn't it! I have insurance as well as tax for two cars this month...totalling over 2K :cry:
 
Just taxed mine today for a year. Almost sorned it for the winter as I don't use it much (2006 and 11,000 miles). But I do like to be able to take it out on a nice crisp clear winters day with the roof down and toasty heater on the feet. :D

Yeah, was thinking of Sorning mine for Nov to end of Feb. Do like an occasional winter blast though :driving:

Thats 2000 miles as year? Not being funny but I honestly don't know how you can be bothered - it would be cheaper to hire something when you want it. :cry:

It's not always about money though is it? I never did buy it as my main vehicle. I have a nice vehicle that I use daily. In fact it is only 2 months older than the //M and it has just touched 134,000 miles. :D
But at least every time I do get the chance to go out in the //M, it's like the first time!!! :evil:

Nice to have a 'weekend' car. I manage about 4,000 miles a year now and it lives in the garage when not out hooning. Each to their own :thumbsup:
