Z4M Rear Bumper Fitting

Hi,

I've got the bumper mounted, but the middle is all floppy at the bottom. There was a post on here showing what to do about this but I can't find it now, can someone provide a link to the post?
Also where the exhaust hole is on the off side, the arch liner flops about a bit even though I got 2 screws in it, has anyone rectified this?

Oh and yes, it looks pathetic with my single Oval exhaust!

I fabricated a piece of plastic to attach the bumper to the black box which previously bolted to the bumper.

My other plastics are fine with no rattling :?
