Z4M owner video thread.

I had a quick look around and couldn't see a Z4M video thread. Ironically I haven't made one of the Z4M yet but did work out how to work this GoPro thing yesterday on my GTR and fairly pleased with the outcome audio wise.

If the weathers good tomorrow, I'll take the Z4 on the same roads and make a similar video. I do have an external suction mount which I'll have to figure out later on.

It goes pretty well! Throughout that video it was in the lowest power (tuned for 95 ron which I never use) mode and 0.8 bar via Ecutek which puts the power around 520hp. There're rare occasions when I switch it onto map 99 which puts the power around 680-700 at 1.3 bar. The cars just passed 10k miles so the engine feels far more free revving than it did a month or so ago.

It's a shame the mic starts clipping when the exhaust starts spitting flames, it sounds like a shotgun in the car.
 
Just turned the ripe old age of 29 and have had one of these bought for my birthday. Intend on trying it out this weekend... will try and post the results!

They are well received as a present, I too was given this as a 27th present a few months ago. I think the sentiment is "you're getting older, catch as many days of your prime and watch it back when you're past it." :lol:

Yeah amazing roads. I've got a place near the coast and to be honest what keeps bringing me back is the roads (and sea to an extent).
