Z4M insurance on a classic policy???

Anyone got their ///M insured on a classic car policy?
I'm going to store mine over the winter so looking to buy something else to drive whilst it's keeping warm in the garage. I'm with Admiral so maybe a multicar policy is the answer but wondered if anyone had found an insurance company that would insure the ///M as a classic yet. Think it's normally at least 10 years old to quality isn't it so I'm not quite there yet? I only did 6K miles in it in the last 12 months so with winter storage maybe reduces that to 3-4K this year.
 
Yep Classicline have mine on future classic status , no need to use up your NCD as they don't factor it in the premium

This, although I haven't used for mine yet. Had my previous 2.5si with them when the car was only 3 or 4 years old.

Although I found to my detriment, with my 911 and M that you can't gain any NCD either, it's a flat rate, therefore if you move to a ' normal' policy you start from scratch, as I had my Company Car I naively thought I'd build up some NCD on my weekend cars, so it came as quite a shock when I first insured my M with another insurer :?

All good now though, although I have to say I hate Insurance time, phoning around, price matching etc does my head in! :lol:
 
Thanks All. I will give classicline a call once I've found my winter wheels. Totally inappropriate but I'm drawn to cheap RX8s and after much research I may take a risk. I'll probably only do 3K-4K a year in each car and use the wife's X5 for comfort wafting and long distance stuff. Another engine worry to keep me awake at night but I kind of like them. Drove one around Thruxton once and it was very good.
