As some of you know by now the headache i had with my z4m i recently sold my car back to the dealer and its already up for sale i just thought i would post it here just incase anyone is interested so they know the full story feel to pm me if you would like any more help. Well in all fairness they are bound to sell it and therefore get it advertised immediately. I'm sure someone who does not research thisngs will be aong to buy it.

I suggest edit the title of your post with the registration number so anyone searching will find it.
 
good note i have not got a issue with them selling the car as its mechanically sound just want to make sure the next buyer knows what he is getting into.
 
I may have missed something, so apologies if I have; but what situation would a buyer of this car get into other than not realising it had its RIS (if this is covered up again via fake stamp) or perhaps paying a little over the odds for it? It's crime history has no bearing in things at all so it would be purely any damage caused by a lack of RIS right? But the car runs fine and doesn't seem any the worse for wear because of it?

Again, sorry if I've missed the point here (it is early!), but I can't see why this would be such a big issue other than you've been stung royally - which is bad obviously.

I was just to make sure that the next buyer if they do there research knows what they are getting into i had a headache with this and don't want anyone else to either. The crook past owners doesn't effect the car as its in good condition and went like a dream i just don't want someone paying over the odds for it that's all. Also there is no proof the service was carried out and i don't want some one to get screwed over with another fake stamp.

its a personal thing but the MC looks way better on its 224's than the multi spoke M3 ones
 
By the way you can buy service stamps on ebay for about £15 a friend of mine showed me but i refused to go down this route as i don't like the fact of screwing people over plus doing the right thing actually paid off.

Seriously?! Makes you wonder how many others out there have a dubious past.
