It's the heat resistant plate that goes under the diff on the Z4M. It is M specific and mine has a broken tab.

Two listed on eBay.

Worth calling BMW as well if you haven't already.

I spoke to Sytner, they said BMW are quoting August availability. ML Performance don't have it in stock, so they will be ordering from BMW too.

The two on eBay are both double the BMW retail price, and may just be drop shipping from BMW so will have the same availability problem.
