Z4M Exhaust System

My exhaust is completely shot cat back. I need to replace the x-pipe and the rear boxes. Anyone have any ideas. I'm drawing complete blanks on anything other than rear boxes. I want something that looks stock, but isn't hugely raspy. I would prefer a deep tone without being ridiculously loud. Please peeps help me!!

I think it's fair to say that the Stromung backboxes are generally regarded as a good semi-sensible replacement, which sound good when you put your foot down, but with little rasp, and no risk of setting off any car alarms ...

Where are you? if you're in UK, downside is you'll maybe pay around £150 customs charges, since in they're in the U.S. I got mine in January ..

With regards to looking stock, they do tend to stick out a little more, and have the Stromung name embossed on top of each of the 4 pipes..

Hey energizedcustoms.

I have some OEM x pipe and back boxes in the for sale forum.

The x pipe would need some brackets welded on to make it work.

Have a look at the pictures and see if its of any interest to you.

Hayward and Scott so a lovely exhaust but the tips are slightly bigger and it's quite a bit louder (they may be able to modify slightly to suit).

You can usually negotiate on the prices too if you offer to pay cash, etc.

Hayward and Scott is the route i wanted to take but they no longer have the jig for the x-pipe and want the vehicle for 2-3 days. They are miles from me and thats just not viable

I'm taking mine RW development Lichfield. Having Custom cat back, with pre manufacturered bends welded because rolling pipe makes the internal circumference smaller. Places like RW you can tell them what you want and they get creative
