Z4M Engine service and diff oil change

Want to give my engine an oil and filter change and some new spark plugs for piece of mind after buying the car. I also want to change the diff oil.
So what are the best oils and parts to use? Also how much engine and diff oil will i need?

Just done a similar interim ins 1.5 on my M / i chose Millers as ive used them before & i rate them highly

Engine needs 5.5/6 litres CFS 10W 60
Diff needs 1.2/1.5 litres CRX 75W 140
Gearbox needs 1.2/1.5 litres TRX 75W 80
Also had coolant & brake fluid changed but used fluids as per BMW spec

Oil is very subjective, there's some good data on here though if you search. IMO, and many will disagree, frequency is more important than brand (as long as it's fully synthetic and meets spec). I change oil between 5 and 7.5k but the only way to really know if the oil suits, you, your driving style and interval is to have some analysis carried out.
As for plugs they can legitimately last 30k, if they have been done recently then I doubt you'd see much benefit.
