I've got one up for sale, interlagos blue. Not 50k but a very tidy example. One tip, focus on service and maintenance if buying a s54. A 50k engine which hasn't had due care and attention will be less reliable than 100k example which is well maintained.

It would be logical for press cars to be fully spec'ed, but if I remember correctly, all the E85 (non-M) reviewed on Top Gear definitely had SE seats.
