Bumpy bump.

Anyone on here looking for an M-Coupe?

I could do with her gone pretty sharpish, so am open to offers (nothing too silly mind).

Cheers!

So whats happening folks ?
A tasty ZMcoupe going private for not much more ask than the M roady discussed at length this week :?

its not no sat nav so not as good as the roady spec wise

But its "untouched" & with original wheels & exhaust which should increase demand & value should it not :?
I don't think nav is such a killer option to have , just a nice bonus if your chosen car has it imo

Agreed! I use my tom tom app on my phone as it is much better than a factory nav.

An AUX-in port and a 340hp straight-6 were the only features I needed :driving:

We have had this discussion quite a few times, with a few die hards defending the lack of satnav as making no difference. I am afraid it does, even though it might not add too much value on the resale, it sure makes it a lot easier to sell in the first place.

Add the desirable options and you add at least 3 - 4k of options to the car which would make it a £20k car so not so great pricewise then.

Ok so the car didn't sell..... and in fact I am really glad it didn't!

I drove it again properly this weekend and I am in love with it once again!

After driving an E92 M3, last week (was going to replace the Z) I found myself pretty underwhelmed. It didn't feel any where near as special.

So, the plan.... New wheels, new race seat, exhaust, intake, and and and.
I feel a thread coming on. :driving:

Also. I fixed the hesitation issue I was having. SO Much better to drive now!

Nice, good choice to keep it, but very surprised it didn't sell....did you have very little response? Where in sunny Essex are you?

My car spends have it's life in Elms....actually had excellent customer service from them!

I had a fair few phone calls that sounded serious, but unfortunately only one person actually turned up to view it.

I had plenty of dealers offering silly low money for it though... :headbang:

I had the inspection 2 done in elms. The service was great, except they charged me for doing the brake fluid, and when I took the wheels off a few weeks later to change the pads, the bleed nipples had clearly not been touched in a long long time. Sadly it was too far out of my way to be bothered to complain about it, and actually take the car back up there.

Im down in brentwood just off the M25. Is there another south-east meet due any time soon?

You should of given them a call to say 'what's up with the brake fluid' sure they would have sorted it for you!

I often pop over to Brentwood spend far too much time in AM, take the V8V in for a couple of bits and we seem to agree that they can take what ever is left in my bank account! :tumbleweed:

South East meet is a good idea...although it's so bloody hard to find decent roads without hordes of traffic!

I had my eye on your Z4M for a while but the spec put me off...however it looks to be in stunning condition.

Personally I would of called Els back and given them an earful. Thats unacceptable they charge you for something and dont do it as you would of got charged for parts and labour on that.

Im based in the south east too and would be up for a meet!
