After nearly 2 years of ownership sadly it is time to part company with my beloved Z4M Coupe. I just haven’t had the time to justify keeping it and have covered only around 3,000 miles since I bought it in August 2012, so it is time to let someone else enjoy it!!

This is a very good example and has been well looked after during my time having spent any time off the road in my garage. Here are the important details…

Price: £15,250 (I would really appreciate any feedback on whether I have priced it too high!!!)
57 plate (first registered September 2007)
Interlagos Blue
Mileage is just a shade under 61,000
MOT to Jan 2015 / Tax to end of June 2014

This will go on Autotrader and/or Pistonheads in the next week or so, but as I bought her through the forum, I’d love an existing forum member to buy her so she can be well looked after.

That is a very nice looking one, and is priced right from what I have seen with that spec.IMO. Good advert also.

I think you will miss that when it goes.

Looks gorgeous & bang on the button for private sale on spec & mileage :) as said a very good advert
The wheels may be the deal breaker  if you had the original,s i,m sure they would aid your sale

Many thanks for the comments guys - it is good to know I'm in the right ballpark with the price. Sadly I do not have the originals :-( , having said that I really do like the look of these!

Well, check out the one that's just been reduced to £13k for a comparison on price- it's done 14000 more miles, but it comes with desirable (and expensive) OEM CSLs. Im bemused by the market in these, as far as I can tell people who have one will always say a higher price is a good price, and people who want one will say it's too high!

All the best with the sale, it'll be interesting to see how quickly it goes

Looks well priced to me, unfortunately the price for these seems to fall off a cliff at the 70-75k mark. No idea why, E46 M3's are bombing on well into 150k+ miles now.

@ Eastsix, the market is fairly rigid with these. Sadly there will always be factors that affect how well a car will sell. A lot of these cars have strange (see poor) service histories or have some other issues which mean they don't sell. Peculiarly, if a car is listed too cheaply they don't seem to sell. I guess buyer's are put off by the low price assuming it indicates that the car's a lemon.

Anyway, on this car, it has a full service history (maybe slightly too long between oil and Insp 1, but it's had an Insp 2 and covered many miles since so wouldn't be an issue), is well specced and has a great advert. I think the price is right on the mark.

To me this is a very nice looking car with a great deal of spec. I would have gone for it myself had the mileage been lower. I concur with Stevens points, we all know these engines are capable of 150+k miles but prices seem to fall dramatically once north of 50k, more so in comparison to M3's I feel... :|

Picked the car up on Friday and absolutely delighted with my purchase!
Very straightforward dealing with Rob enabling a very smooth transaction

My first BMW and feels similar to my previous car, a 3.4
Boxster S albeit a little stiffer with a real 'race car' feel to the cockpit.
Looking forward to putting some miles on the car with our trip
to Le Mans this weekend. :driving:

:driving: Arrived back fro Le Mans on Monday after my 1st 800 miles in the car.
Fantastic weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the car, although my ability to change gear
whilst in sport mode is shocking!
Car is very firm, as expected.not sure whether to stick with 19" rims or revert back to or spec.
Will be posting soon for more advice re brakes/dampers etc as will be going on track ASAP!
