Z4M 'Carbon Edition' ?

Hello Everyone

Has anyone heard about so called 'carbon edition' of Z4M? I've seen those two cars for sale lately:

I once spoke to another Z4M owner, who insisted, that his friend has special edition (yet manufactured by BMW) of lightweight Z4M... Honestly, I didn't really believed him, and I thought, that it must be a custom made car, but then I saw those two...

Do You know anything about it?
 
It’s the same car in both links, and I think it’s just a custom interior...with carbon overwrap/casings on some handles.

If it were a BMW made ‘carbon edition’ then you’d think it would have proper carbon bucket seats and decent alloys/brakes.
 
No Carbon addition. Just Carbon look dash which loads have. Any carbon bits real or wrapped, have been added. :)

Are you sure they're 2 different cars, rather than just 2 ads for the same car...entered at different times?

I say this because the photos of the transmission tunnel from the driver's seat look like they've got identical 'uneven' stitching, same 'broken' aerial, similar scratching on the centre console. Not sure of the quality of the work though as it looks like the alcantara over the top of the instrument binnacle is coming away.

Only way to know for sure would be to get the last 7 digits of the VIN.

I'm 99.9% certain that this is about the same car (mention of suede, carbon, yellow patches, etc.), few other threads started by "nitro02" on other forums also.
