Z4M bumper finally painted and fitted UPDATED CLEAN PICTURE!

They're not destroyed - when I had them off the other day the mouldiness inside is quite bad but the seals still seemed sound round the back. I figured they'd be a b1tch for me to get apart with my limited craft skills though, as I was considering trying to 'do a fatmikey'...

I'm not sure I could do that to you without feeling guilty forever, but I am tempted - your call though, and no rush as the weather is too crap to be having massive holes in my bumper right now. Shan't be offended if you can't face doing another set :D

looks amazing, I am thinking of doing this, since its off a completely different model so not OEM parts what kind of impact on premium does it have telling the insurance company?

hmmm i dont exactly know, but usually visual modifications dont effect the price as much as suspension or engine modifications, all depends on insurer really
 
Yea its a straight swap but you do need alot of other bits along with the bumper like middle grill, both air ducts & brackets, then an M undertray & wing liner lower corners :D

I never fitted the wing liner lower corners :?
 
Well i wasnt goin to at first aquazi, but then my bumper doesnt line up to great as thers tension on the bottom where the standard wing liner corners are. Im a perfectionist so want it looking right!

Do happen to know the price of these? i may get some... I presume they clip to the underside too... As my fangs had holes on the bottom for something!
 
I got quoted about £25 + VAT each, thats with a tiny bit of discount, but im sure if you speak to sopers they will probably do the same sort of price. I think they will do, ive not seen them yet so cant confirm, but id have thought thats what those holes were for :D
