what can i do. . . build my own i think :? maybe leaving it like that

Whats your end game? Is it just tying up the new M bumper to the car?

I used a cut off from a "standard" bumper on mine. So it ties into the under body of the car like your old bumper did, to those 4 holes highlighted connect to the cut off section.

I’ve always wondered this, I don’t like how my front bumper is all connected with my //M undertray and splitter... yet my rear bumper isn’t connected at all!!

What do all other people do whose don’t the conversion, just leave it?

This is what I did, I appreciate it's not very clear. Theres not much room underneath and phone was literally on the floor!
So like I said, I used a section of an old bumper cut it off and attached it to the 4 holes, then tied it in as normal to that bolt back by the battery box.

What does it even do?

helps clean up air under the car and also appears to be some sort of exhaust outlet for air going thru the diff cooling sections

But no filter? seems an odd part title!

Just the diffuser, the charcoal filter is a separate unit that sits above it.

As you say the title is incorrect.
