If this is a staggered set, £250 any good? Could come tonight or tomorrow night

Edit - offer increased to £275 by PM (noted here for the rules  )

Edit - ok, offer increased to asking, over to you Dan to choose your buyer

If they are genuine and staggered. I'll give asking, no haggling or messing here.

As the first person to respond, I’ll do the same... over to you Dan to choose your buyer

Pretty sure rules are whoever offers asking price first gets the purchase

Dan accepted my offer of £275 via PM.... I then ‘matched’ the £300 offer despite having had an offer of £275 accepted already as I thought it was the fair thing to do.

All discussions including offers, acceptances and refusals should be shown clearly in the thread (not by email or PM). Once a deal is agreed you may use whatever form of external communication you like to finalise payment details etc. We insist on this rule because we need to see all the negotiations to be able to mediate a solution to a dispute.

The first unconditional offer of the asking price secures the sale.

Do you really want to take your ball home about it?

My offer of £275 was on the thread and via PM.... Dan accepted via PM, then you came in with your conditional offer before he updated the thread?

EDIT - in addition, your offer was ‘conditional’ on them ‘being genuine and staggered’.

My offer of £300 is unconditional

No need for calling names, I've stuck to the rules and only interacted with the seller.
I've stuck to the forum buying rules and you've had to subvert the rules upping your offer via PM to ensure you got them. The best-case is that Dan has got an extra £50 than he would have if I hadn't commented. I think the admin should have a look at your conduct

What names have I called you, you are questioning my conduct despite not having made an unconditional offer yourself

I simply duplicated my on thread offers via PM

I’m sure there is a report button if you feel I’ve some how been underhand, which is what you are directly questioning by calling into question my conduct.

If you want to provide evidence of your unconditional offer I will happily withdraw and apppolgise

Sorry about this lads, partly my fault as I received the PM and responded to that before I looked at the the thread itself. It's been a long time since I've been on the forum and should have reminded myself of the rules. I'm not going to get involved but Blue responded first and noted the PM offer in the thread after he messaged me and I agreed to the offer, apologies Saint but I'm going to carry on with agreed sale.

 I do love this place sometimes. Cracking comedy.

£300 for these is cheap anyway, so I don't understand why people have to try and get a Billy bargain all the time. If you want them that much, offer the full price straight away and it stops all the handbags

Anyway, sorted for buyer and seller eventually, so all is well.

Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do...buyers and sellers alike are happy to flout the rules in probably 90% of circumstances.
