The Mrs just got back from her first Ironman in Frankfurt this weekend - sub 12 hour 20 time, not bad for a rookie.....

The rack works well with the bike!

Did the Outlaw Triathlon (Ironman distances) and am easing back to life again!

Hats off to all you triathletes/ Ironmen (& ladies), a fantastic achievement at any distance. the Frankfurt event was an awesome experience and that was just as a spectator.....
