Z4C breaking

No idea who bought what, but when these things come up, if you need anything you need to be quick! and just to clarify it wasn't me :) I bought mine last year from Joe.

Try explaining that to your wife - "look, I spent 1k on these seats that are in a lot worse condition than mine but have bigger bolsters " :)

They are horrendous ...

ok guys guess who bought some seats but no where near at the price advertised, i think there will clean up ok can't see any real damage to be concerned with.should be arriving on friday so ill let you know if i got done. :D

If good i will be selling my standard sport seats ( Heated and electric )in black.

Not quite sure if i will ebay them or put them up hear for sale first.

Very very very close and that was with postage too, are you sure you dont work for them. :D
I think that is about the going rate, so price wise the deal was right ,just have to wait and see the condition.

Apparently someone paid £1000 for them then pulled out (was worried about the occupancy sensor)

That would be me! I purchased these, but then discovered the facelift occupancy sensor issues with pre facelift cars when doing some research on fitting them! I wouldn't be happy with any airbag issues, and I didn't fancy stripping them down to change the occupancy sensor so a refund was given.

I didn't pay £1000 for them though, so I have no idea why they told you that! I paid £835 including delivery which appears to be close to what you paid. I did find it strange that they advertised them on Ebay for £1000 a few hours after refunding me...

Either way I hope you enjoy them! My search for a set of pre facelift sport seats continues...

Hi rookie i thought there where pulling a fast one that's why i paid what i did , a little more than you not much more . I did offer them £800 at first but how hard i tried there wouldn't budge with a resounding no. I think there had alot of interest which gave them ideas of grandeur . He came out with all the spill until i told him i was a member of the forum then he soon yielded.

I didn't realise that they know about the Forum... I got a quote from them through Parts Gateway for the plastic underbody engine cover - and no, I didn't rip it off, but I am mortified about why I need one, so don't go there...

Anyway, I got the quote, 50% of the BMW price, asked about condition twice, then paid my money... Only to get a call from the boss saying he's really sorry but the parts are damaged and not saleable - and it'll take 3 working days to give me my money back :x

He was very apologetic, but still... Are they generally very reliable ? All their feedback is positive, so I am minded to give them another go.

BTW, they quoted me £58 incl p&p for the white brake light from a roadster - not the same as the coupe though.
