Z4c 1 touch 3 flash indicator ?

few things ive noticed on my zed as i spend more time with it , , ,
no lights flash when arming/disarming alarm . should they ?
& should 1 flick of the indicator give 3 flashes ? 1st car in 6 years without the feature if not

Both are coding options. If you have an Intravee you can sort the 1 flick/3 flash thing with the latest firmware

so my indy tech who has all the BM diagnostic stuff could sort both issues ? its going next wednesday for oil/filter & thorough looking at before i take it over the channel .

According to the spreadsheet, 1 touch 3 flash indicators is only programmable on facelift models, is this correct or has anyone got it going on a prefacelift model without using Intravee?

yes its facelift only otherwise you need a new LCM unit.

I have 1 touch, set for 5 'blinks' on mine, and its pre-facelift (05 model) but set through the Intravee. So it should be possible?

Apologies to Mr Wilks for the slight thread hijack, but am curious now - does the INPA code software read current settings as well as write them? Also, are there any additional pins on the OBD cable, or would a standard ODB fault reading cable work (so I would only need the software)?
