Here are some pics of my 3.0Si being used to drive a bride to her wedding, summer 2014.

The car went in the garage shortly afterwards for the winter, so I'm looking forward to April when I put her back on the road for 6 months.

I'm currently scowling the Internet for a new exhaust system and an induction kit. I love the car, but the sound doesn't do it much justice.

Any one fitted an aftermarket exhaust / induction kit recently? Any recommendations for a system circa £1k ?

Looks good as a wedding car. Plenty on here about aftermarket exhausts and induction kits a quick search will save you 'scowling' the Internet (damn spill choker :P )

Yes, been looking on here too, but not many recent posts about the subject thats all.
I'll keep looking though
 
You know about the Sound Generator mod ?
Not too sure is an induction kit will help much unless you are building a race car.

I have a simota induction kit on mine and the difference in noise is huge. People noticed it straight away.
 
My daughter wanted to use mine last June as her wedding transport but changed her mind last minute.
She had spent money on a hair do , make up and the dress and thought they might have been ruined on a top down run to the wedding venue!
 
Personally i would avoid induction kits... and go for a decent sounding exhaust. I had a AFe kit on my car with the stock exhaust and it was rather annoying at motorway speeds.

With exhaust off the shelf will retain good resell value.. but bespoke custom will allow you to tailor your needs... to the sound/ look you want. But you'll need a decent reputable place. I got my custom quad from a place which a few others had used.. wasnt the cheapest but i was happy with the result - sounded great when having a hoon.. but cruising on the motorway was the same as stock.

Can't say I notice any difference in noise with mine when cruising.

It only makes a lovely growl under load.
