The bastard waved me in and accelerated into me. Now it's my fault... Glad I've got legal cover.

You can even see the 'clean' mark on his tyre where he hit me.

£1700 to the 3rd party insurer, plus £3500 for the e92 M3 for 2 weeks (despite me saying I was happy with a courtesy car from the BMW bodyshop).

It was on the A2 heading north to go in the Blackwall Tunnel.

He waved me to go in and left a space and deliberately drove into me, he then had a good laugh with the guys back at his depot to say that he had damaged a sports car. He then turned around to me and said, and I quote: "It was my right of way so it's your fault" stupid tw*t. I was gob-smacked, especially as he was laughing and joking about it and for him to have the audacity to blame it on me when he left a car and a half space for me and waved me in.

F :headbang: ing hell. If I'd heard him joking about it you'd have had to hold me back :violent1:

Really sorry to see this :(

well lesson learned then... don't trust anyone ;)

not nice though :(

Jealousy and hatred for something they don't have, shame that you don't know where he lives and thus not able to take out your frustration on his piece of sh!t motor vehicle :headbang:

There's no way that fduker would get away with that, one way or another he'd be regretting that :x

You live in London surely there are some CCTV/Traffic cameras around there that will have got it happening (plus him then on the phone laughing?)?

Find out who he called - you might be lucky and he called the work number and calls are recorded?

Lesson learnt? So the advice is to refuse any drivers courteous offer to pull out, and just wait for a suitable gap to appear? :?

put simply, yes. sorry if that appears blunt, but it will keep you safe.

Scaffolders are the absolute bottom of the heap in the building trade. Aggressive and moronic is the base entry requirement with further points awarded for misogyny and racism. Making them wear harnesses was a terrible idea, absolute proof that H&S has gone mad.

Nobody likes them.

disagree entirely. Wrong place, wrong time. The drivers just a tosser and this sort of thing just happens. Good luck with the insurance claim!
