Comparison should be 3.0 to Boxster S, they have similar performance.
What a nice choice to have mate, with either car you won't go wrong! It's down to a feeling you get when you stand in front of each car and drive them, just see.
If you want a more roar experience get a Z4, it's a roadster! Looks better IMO too. Lower costs etc. It's not another Porsche I guess.
I did the les mans trip this year and there were loads....baa baa, I seemed to have the only Z4 that felt good!
You cant really diss a Boxster S, the drive is so poised, thats why its had so many great reviews. Compared to the Z4 it's a different kind of drive, more precise...
All this crap about a poor mans 911, rubbish tbh, you get a fantastic car. I've never understood the snobby attitude about the Boxster.
Having said that, the Z4 did it for me, and I've driven both and felt great in both but it was a little bit more wolf, whereas the Porsche was more fox for me lol
