So got into the car this morning and as its straight piped already its pretty loud but sounds very sexy or it did... fired it up and thought what on earth is this! sounds REALLY loud and a bit like a tractor, had a look underneath and seem to be missing my catalytic converter. I knew it was odd hearing road works outside last night at about 2am, but thought in my half asleep state, probably just have white liners doing the car park, nope someone's chopped it off and robbed it, they didn't even have the courtesy to make a clean cut and obviously wrenched it backward and forwards until it snapped off.. So I guess that a good excuse for a sports CAT but very VERY annoying!

Always report these thefts, if they do eventually nick these scum previous offences can be put to them, not much chance of you recouping anything but admission to previouse unsolved crimes gets considered in any following court cases and has an effect on the severity of their sentence. Personally I would cut their hands off with the saw they used to commit the crimes.
Update, karma's a bitch. They were dumb enough not to realise the cats on m54 were down the side of the engine, so they basically spent all that time with their hydraulic cutters chopping out the mid box and left the cats. So absolutely worthless. Still got some bodywork to fix from them trying to get under a lowered z on 19s with a chopper but at least they didn't get anything in return and now I have a full straight pipe system hahaha
