z4 top covers

They're like rocking horse poo! Quite a few of us bought a batch of them from a dealer in Germany. I'm not sure whether they have any stock left.

I never use mine, but they're nice to have ''just in case''.
 
I got mine also from a German dealer about a year ago , and religiously put them on when the roof is down, they just finish off the Z and neaten things up

The other thing they do is massively cut down wind noise from the cavities, which is a big plus.
 
They go for stupid money, on here and on eBay... and are almost entirely pointless IMHO.

There was a chap on here who was going to make some copies, I am not sure how he got on - might be worth a search?
 
At the end of the day if you want a pair of these covers your going to have to pay.
original black you'll be very lucky to get for under £100 now.
You may be lucky if you're patient to find some from someone who doesn't know the going rate.

The good news is when you sell them on you won't lose any money.

They are also used to cover the area when the hard top is fitted, again cutting down noise. I think that's the only reason Ranski still has his :D
