Z4 THX Trailer?

Has anyone seen this before?

I just got a new home theatre amp and wanted to get some guidelines on setup. Was trawling through Dolby and the THX websites, and saw this... :

You'll need to refresh the homepage until you get a thumbnail in the 'spotlight' window showing the red robot in a silver "room" - if you start playing, you'll know if it's the right one as the opening scene is a movie clapper-board...
 
I will often download movie trailers on to my ipod, connect it to the car and it is just like you are in the theatre, the surround sound is amazing. The new Iron Man preview is sweet. If you have a video ipod I highly suggest it. very cool.
 
way kewl find. Hope that doesn't mean our cars are becoming main stream. I like it when people ask me "what is that?"..... :D

Hi sixspeed

I got a 'free' DVD to calibrate THX sysytems with a recent Home Cinema mag ... it had loads of THX trailers including this one and several film trailers.

I think the qualitiy if the THX trailers was always better than the film's!

Off to get a copy of your magazine article now ... are you autographing copies and selling them on e-bay yet?

I just missed out on that mag! Don't fancy doing me a copy of the DVD do you? :D I do like the THX (and DTS / DD) trailers... must be the geek in me ;)

As for the magazine feature, be interested to see what you think... I was a bit annoyed at a few things, mostly that they didn't cover everything I'd modified on the car or went into why I'd done them. That, and they missed out half the tech-spec at the end of the article (no mention of the seats, harnesses, harness bar etc etc), and also they used a load of "quotes" that I never even said, and, I thought, made me come across as a bit of a tw*t... lol
