Does my June 03 Z 4 have the necessary wiring to connect the sirius module-I have put a 2004 business CD in the car.

Not much info on here because it's only available in the US, but you might be better looking at something aftermarket like this

sirius is a US thing, not so many US owners on here. if youre lucky one might be able to help
