Totally agree. Just a generic BM 3 door estate. A nice looking one admittedly.
I don't like the use of the words "shooting brake" either. That was an English phrase, as said above, for bespoke coachworks built vehicles for the upper classes for shooting parties. "Ze Germans" seem to have ripped off this phrase.

Does "shooting brake" just mean "Estate Car with 3 doors" in posh language?

Love the Z4 rendering, love it. The shooting brake started life as an aristocratic hunting car. I remember this from when I was a child. We didn't have kids in those days, kids were young goats.
