Aargh - more snow here - doubt the zed would get out of our street on summers let alone up to M8. So bringing the S4 I'm afraid and preparing for much scorn & cries of woose !

Sorry I had to bail before the last stop folks, the 3rd call from work couldn't wait . Anyway, I made it to most of a good day, thanks to Rob for organising and great to meet some new faces and catch up with some old ones .
Great run today guys - good to catch the guys the guys from the "SaturdayGate" meet.
Big thanks to ZermattV for organising. Cheers mate.
Had to nip off early after that last stop - needed to get the car back up to Forfar then return to Edinburgh.
Good opener for hooning season. Shame about the weather, but at least ZermattV and I managed some roof down miles on that last stretch (SWMBO wasn't impressed much 8) )
Yeah - thanks to zermattV for organising today - a great turnout considering conditions. Great to meet new & old forumites & looking forward to next run - hey I might even bring a Z4 - S4 whatever . . .
Thanks for a great day out.
Good to meet you all and looking forward to more runs out later in the year. Will get some pics up loaded this week.
Thanks zermattV for the ace coordination..................... pity the drivers couldn't get across the forth bridge on the first attempt!
Sorry we couldn't stay beyond the start. Sophie (aka mini-a11y) had already had a big few days and seems to be on a growth spurt accompanied by much yelling, so the thought of a few hours in the car of her drowning out that 6-cyl didn't appeal much! It was good to catch up with folk at the start even though I didn't get to meet a lot of the newer folk other than a quick hi/bye. But I fully intend being along for a drive later in the year.
Just back in from the Fife run with a well boggin wee Z4MR .
Had a great day out,big thanks to Rob for the excellent route and to Craig for joining me on the run to and from good old Ayrshire .
Great to meet up with loads of other forumites and to put faces to names, roll on the next meet .
Thanks to Rob for organising a great meet, despite the drizzle we managed to get the roofs down at the end/on the way home for a bit
Was a good turnout too..and good to meet up with some familiar faces again,as well as some new ones
Oh yeah, and was nice to have a surprise visit/chat to Nosa at the start..all the best for life afer the z4/forum.mate
Also good chatting to ally and co,and seeing his new wheels
Guys thanks for the kind words - but I think the real thanks this weekend should go to the Ladies who put up with some pretty cold weather today .
really good to see everyone out today in what has been unpredictable weather this weekend -excellent to see some new faces including A11y Junior . And of course great to see some familiar faces after the off- season. Perhaps the most eclectic mix of Zeds and other cars we've managed with only M Coupe and Alpina missing but made up for with Allys white wonder 330i & Jax lovely S4. As team Maldives Ecosse is no more I think the baton for matching cars has been passed to the Team Interlagos from Aryshire - looking good on the way out of Falkirk post meet with the roofs down fellas.
I know there were a number really keen to come today but weather or other circumstances meant they could not make it - see you next time guys , thanks for keeping us posted and hope you had good Sundays .
This was Z4 Forum in Scotland's first meet since CJ-Eds passing and I'm sure a number of us today missed his company today - it was most certainly coupe weather.
Hopefully we've paid our dues to the weather gods so we are in for blue sky only meets for the rest of 2013 . I don't think I managed one decent photo today.
I've got a pass for the 27th/28th April if this fits in with any one else's plans
