Z4 scale model advice?

its the one you refered to on your first post in this thread ...... the ebay item ..................

item number 390289053495 ..... paid 95 quid for it which was far too much, but thats life ...............

If you click that link now it tells you the seller is away, but suggests other models you may be interested in - there are three M coupes on there, and unless I am imagining it the lights appear to work ! Very cool 8) ... If only they weren't coupes

Here is the one I got, it is Black with Red as mine is White with Red.

It was rather expensive and I got their last one, I understand it has been discontinued.

I spent literally 2 hours scouring the web for one like this the other day because i decided i had to have one the same as my car. Any other colour combo just wouldn't work for me. Couldn't find a single one :(

... Of course if I did ever find one I'd need to find a model coupe the same scale & from the same manufacturer with red seats so I could raid the de-ambered headlights and repeaters, change to facelift rears, swap out the seats and if possible fit an M Sport steering wheel. Would also need to find 108s and a stubby too :headbang:

As I can't have my car for another week, my dealer sneaked an official model to my wife so that I could open it crimbo morning, right colour too

Nice touch

I never really understood why people wanted models of cars they actually owned ... until I got my Z4.

I still don't understand it, but I want one. :)

It's pointless and childish,
I've just ordered one to go with my 'cars wot I have owned' collection :)

Sweet .............
Metal die cast ............ even the steering wheel turns the wheels, exhaust system underneath :D

The AutoArt models are worth a look.

Expensive (especially the 1:12 scale) but very nice.

Lovely, but I don't have a race car... Or indeed a coupe. I'd only buy one that looks at least a little like mine 8)

For those of you who need speed and possible mods...

I got given a tamiya grasshopper for christmas to build. Being in my mid-thirties, I was slightly worried about what this said about my mental age - several hours of nerdy activity later i can conclude i am actually 12....
