Z4 Roof pump.... again I'm sure

Sorry if this is going over old ground...

I've just joined the party and bought an 04 E85 - It was advertised as roof pump not working, but manual opening was ok. (hence the low price I picked it up for) BUT - what I didn't check, was the little red handle in the boot to keep the manual operation working. And its missing. the cable is there... but no red lever. The locks atop the windscreen still work electronically.

so I have four newbie questions.

1) Is there anyone on here (North East / North Yorkshire, that does roofs (would be great to get it working properly again)
or
2) Is there a part number for the red pull lever? would I have to change the whole cable or just add the lever
or
3) Can I use pliers or anything else to act as the override lever for manual operation? (I don't want to force it at the moment)
and
4) if not... is there any other top tips on how I could manually use the roof?

I take it the roof motor hasn’t been relocated yet?
