Z4 roof problem, please help x

Hi everyone, please can some one help me, my roof has stopped working, the windows don't go down and the roof doesn't even attempt to go down, the light shows up on the button but that's all. It did have a new Moyer not so long ago, ( just before I bought it) I have had a lot of stuff in my boot, could I of knocked something? Maybe a sensor or something? Any ideas pleaseeeee.

Check you have the shelf in the boot in the down pos,ie move it up and down a couple of times,this is the first thing to check.
 
That usually means the tray in the boot is in the 'up' position. Two turney handles either side at the back of the boot opening, turn them so the tray comes down. As maxman says :D

Then show us a pic, of the car :thumbsup:
 
Thank you sooooo much guys, my roof now works fine, as you prob guess I haven't had my Z4 for long, only a few months but thank you for all your help
