Z4 Roof Motor Replacement

I’m very new to the site as only had my Z4 a month, last night the roof went down fine, when I went to put it up, I could hear the motor working, but the roof wasn’t moving, I pulled the red release cable and put the roof up. Now the red cable won’t retract back correctly, and I can’t hear anything from the motor. Does this sound like the motor had gone, or something else isn’t quite right? If you think it is the motor, can you PM me your contact details and I’ll book it in with you. Thanks Richard

Keep meaning to post on here, and finally remembered to do so
Had my roof motor done by Bowser134 about a month ago, have to say, it is a great job, tucks neatly in the boot, you'd never know it was there, and it is a good deal quicker than the old motor. I highly recommend giving him a visit, if you need / want the motor relocation done :thumbsup:

Hi mate, are you able to quote for flywheel and clutch replacement on a 2003 3.0i? Unsure whether you provide this service, but my Z4 is in need of new ones :thumbsup:
