Seriously though. You might be better looking for an older pre SI engined car for that sort of price. That and something with higher mileage.

2003 - 2004 +100k miles sort of thing.

There's 5 on Autotrader at the moment.

A 2.5Si will be double your budget and a 3.0Si more still
For a low mileage one

Leggy ones do appear for sub £5k but still more than your budget I’m afraid

Tried to pm you yesterday I’m selling my 2003 2.5 e85 with 75000 miles on Maldives blue with cream leather rare combination just decided to sell last week up for 3900 but is negotiable
