Z4 Ordered

Hi All!

I'm Dan from Weston-super-Mare. I have been following this forum for about a year now and was finally able to order a Z4 last week. My car history (latest first) is Audi A3 3.2, Alfa 156 2.5, Audi TT 1.8T, Audi A3 1.8, Mini Cooper (old shape but bought new) and my first car was a old Mini. So this will be my first BMW and first Auto.

The spec I've gone for is:
- 20i M Sport Auto
- Space Grey
- Beige Kansas Leather
- Professional Navigation
- Parking Sensors
Plus the 5 year serving, paint & wheel protect was chucked in for free.

I think I got a fairly good deal on it, £350pm with £5000 part ex/deposit. Should be picking it up on the 1st March, so will be one of the first on 13 plates. Now have a whole month of wondering if I went for the right colour combo, options, if I should of waited for LCI, etc! Will post pics when I get it.
 
Hello and welcome, was the deal done under the recent dealer contribution offer as they were offering about £9k discount on the M Sport or have you gone for the face lifted model

It was done on the recent dealer contributions, I think it was closer to £10k discount + the free stuff I mentioned. I didn't want to risk waiting for the face lifted model and the discounts not being so good.
 
It's going to be the longest month and a bit wait in your life! Bet you just can't wait to get behind the wheel. :thumbsup:
 
Space grey is really nice in the E89, shows the lines off really well. :thumbsup:
Beige leather will be harder to look after than black or red but it can be cleaned (see other threads).

This was my first one in space grey.....

I didn't really like them and I was going to have them done in graphite or matte black but chopped the car in for a new one instead.

Looks very nice in Space Grey from that photo, really shows the lines off. I've never actually seen a E89 in Space Grey in person, only in photos (you don't get many around here). So first time will likely be when I pick it up.

Very nearly went with red leather interior, but after talking to some people decided on the beige. Still not quite sure but sure I'll be happy with it when I get it.
 
I picked up my Z4 today. All went well and am very pleased with it. Anyway, straight to the important bit, here's some photos:
