Z4 optional extras

Hi I have a 2004 3.0 se and was wondering if these is any way of finding out the optional extras added to my car (if any) without ringing the dealers as I'm sure they won't be able to help as car is 12 year old. I want to know if my car has the upgraded speaker/hifi system. My car is fitted with sat nav but don't know if it makes a difference to the radio system.

If you place the last 7 digits of your vin, you can look up all the factory fitted extra's.

This shows you how the car left the factory. modifications fitted afterwards are not shown obviously.

All zeds have some speakers behind the seats.

Use the link above with you vin to check what options you have.
 
Just tried the vin check thing but just goes back to the input page when I press decode vin. I will try again tomorrow

Only input the last 7 digits of your VIN, type in the Captcha quote and click decode, the info is displayed at the bottom of the page so you need to scroll down the page.
 
Hi yeah didn't do the catcha bit and now got info. Doesn't mention an upgrade to hifi system but tells me everything else I want to know
