Z4 No10 , , 35i manual / subtle mods + a few wheel changes

Another week , another tweak  :D the 35is diffuser arrived Thursday , dropped it Friday with my bodyshop guy & collected it today :) this to my mind is how the 35s should have left the factory , i was never keen on the colour coded "is" diffuser finish so i went opposite with black for the main & body colour for the centre piece ( the other way around is factory finish )
The sculptured exhaust outlets surround the new pipes to perfection , debadged the boot & the rear is now is complete

Is the Msport rear bumper starting to grow on you then?
I thought you might have changed it for the SE bumper and had it modified to accept the other pipe.

To my eye its very colour dependent , a black or dsb is hard to actually define what front or rear bumper is onuntil you get close up .
Silver , white or grey i think Msport is the only way .
My beef previously was the seemingly large gulf in used car values between the Se or Msport bumpered cars , , now that isn't there to the same degree .
As for changing out a Msport for Se & modifying :D  i want the car to hold value not drop like a stone

Looks stunning with the subtle mods.

Have you thought about the mid section at the front, the lower bar accross the bumper under the grills. If you did this in black t would match the front and complement the black grills IMO - I like

Wheels look stunning with the colour combination too, well done :driving:

Black grills underway & the front underbar will be going black at some point , most likely when i switch to darker wheels .
Service + H&R springs this week :)

I really like these tweaks. What's the condition of your brake callipers as the ones on my 35is have gone to look ropey. If yours aren't looking great do you have any plans to "refinish" them. Also, are you considering debadging the front wings as well.

No plans to debadge the wings at all :? no "///M" badges so quite happy & already had 3 people in 3 weeks think its a 3.5 litre  :D

Discs & pads all new & calipers also been freshened up with a clean + paint so all looking well in that department

Body-colour diffusers seem quite rare. This is one of the few ...

Finally an E89 with a nice rear end.

Looks quality Andy.

Thanks Dan , comments appreciated , we all know Bmw don't get everything 100% right so sometimes worth experimenting
