Where did you source the exhaust tips from? It's one thing that bugs me about the my e89, I could always get the exhaust on my M// and 3.0si looking nice but not the 35i.

 don't keep a diary  longest have been the first E86 almost a year then each of the 2 ZMRs approx 10 months .
The others have ranged from 3 - 6 months & at times ive ran 1 whilst another Z was on SORN .
Some may see the switch & change as negative , i don't :? i get a lot of enjoyment from searching , finding , buying , sorting , selling & of course driving :driving: appreciate my style may not suit all but works for me

The wife said you are clearly a man of good taste but I think she's talking about the wine.

Interesting. So when did you get your first one?

July 2012 black , 89K E86 auto , sale was enforced due to needing the money to finish a renovation project , hence why i returned soon as i could with minimal investment in a 2.5se

Fast turning into a 35i "modded" thread  a busy week :P discovered the original battery was not holding charge so new AGM one ordered .
Midweek the custom backbox tips were done , Thursday private plate was switched , Friday black grills fitted ( though i think the silver ones edge it for me :? ) & new Veemann alloys / Michelin 255 35 19 - 235 35 19

So what's next  :P well  ive ordered a set of H + R springs to lower 30mm & also got very lucky on Ebay with finding a 35is rear bumper valance / diffuser :) so my thinking there is the enhanced moulding around the tailpipe outlets will suit my new tips better ?

Really liking the new alloys Andy, I agree regarding going back to the silver grills. I'd need to see pics side by side to judge the rear bumper mod.

Really like those new wheels, did you notice any difference in the ride as I think they're lighter than the 326 wheels?

You need the full gloss black grills without the chrome outer!

Was it a Valencia Orange rear diffuser by any chance!?

Nope :? Its a white one , , think i saw that though , was it missing the centre black part ?
Grills ? Silver ones back in already :D once the 326s are redone in dark smoke chrome i'l probably switch back to the black ones

Honestly drove like a different car , fit them late last night , still dark when i was up & out this morning :driving: 90mins on my usual roads & its a transformation for sure , the Michelin tyres against the Bridgestone runflats will play a big part but in general it felt more positive & dare i say for a E89 " nimble " :D anyone who is running their E89 on 19inch runflats really should give serious consideration to a tyre switch , they really are appalling & the few hundred or so miles ive covered with the runflats have been sketchy , unnerving & unpleasant to say the least  there is no way on earth a flagship 300+bhp sports car should ever have left the factory on them
