Z4 Newby

Just bought a Z4 2.2 2004 and when I looked into more about the hood motor, everyone recommends moving the motor to the boot. There are loads of post on here regarding this. So don't really want to go over old ground as there lots of great postings and tutorials. However does anyone know whether Dave from Durham is still moving the motor to the boot?

As far as I know he still does it, his number should be on here somewhere if you do a search :thumbsup:

Looks like you've already been delving deep into the forum's facilities.
So....................... you must have noticed, we do like pics. :thumbsup:

Look forward to seeing what your Z looks like.

In the meantime, hope you get sorted with the roof motor (and have a deep enough pocket for all the other improvements you'll suddenly find to be essential). :D
 
Thanks everyone, it is a very welcoming site. I'm getting the car on Tues, so will post some pics. Its not modded, but I like it. Its got great alloys. :D
