Z4 Newbie Cheshire

Hi guys,

Thought I'd introduce myself. Bought this 2.0 Z4 and absolutely love it. Heated seats, half leather and lovely black alloys!

Not cheap to insure for a 24 year old but certainly worth it!

Few questions I have read:

1. Can you remove the sound generator on a 2.0 litre?
2. Best tyres to get next time round? Have some P606 on currently but they are low tread right now
3. Recommended other mods?
4. Cheap places to have tiny scuffs removed in Cheshire? Best DIY methods to do it?
5. Any meet ups taking place soon

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. This is only my second car so I'm learning as I go along!

Hi Jakub and welcome to the forum. There's a drive out to North Wales planned for April. Check out the meets/events section and message patriot66 to get your name on the list

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Great choice of car you have there - but we're all biased on here!

1. I'm sure I read recently that only 3 litre ones have the sound generator.

2. I'm not sure what tyres you have, but if they are run-flats many on here recommend switching to non run-flats.

Sorry I can't help with your other questions, but I'm sure someone will be along soon who can!

Hi and welcome - roadster good choice sir; but why have you got the top up? if its not raining they have to be down
