what would you be offering then? got a few interested but no ones commited yet

Yea and also not sure if they are facelift seats or not if I could be certain I would have put an offer in already.

Also I would need door cards as I have a red interior currently.

not sure what year z4 they came out of ,dont think it was a late model , somewhere around 04 -55 plate , they fitted directly to my 02 m3 with a yellow block connector
might be a build date underneath them

They are pre facelift (06) based on the seat belt guides.

How can you tell the difference paddy?

I didn't think pre facelift had black bases.
The bases can be black on pre facelifts- they are on my 04.
Key difference is the seat belt guides
Not the best images but these facelift ones you can see the thinner guides and flat surface of the bracket

Better angle to see thinner guide:

These pre-facelift ones you can see the thicker guide and indented surface of the bracket.

Thanks for that Paddy, i have learnt something new today about the Z4. :)

I think i prefer the thicker seatbelt guide too ben g

It nice to know that the OP has Pre facelift seats too as these seem more desirable as less cars were spec'd with them from new and they will be plug and play for our older zeds :)

Anyone got any grey door cards with a black leather insert?

Well I have grey door cards with Red leather inserts and black door cards with black leather inserts..... Ideally I need it the other way round..... but havent had a chance to start trying to strip the leather inserts out to swap them... unfortunately they are plastic welded so not so straight forward! :(!
