Z4 M Bumper bits

IIRC someone who fitted sideskirts was quoted an extra £100 per annum as it became a modified car :thumbsdown:

I am getting my passenger side washer cap and assembly replaced under my warranty on tuesday as it is protruding too much from my bumper (i did ask if they could reuse my cap - saves me waiting as they had to respray it - but they said they cant reuse mine).... if my original one goes missing between now and then i dont think BMW will be too bothered!

Mine was quoted about £250 more (from just over £400 to nearly £700 ) ...

i can get a bumper with no grills for £100 delivered

i can also get the vents, brackets, lower grill and washer caps (if needed) for £130 delivered. Probably much less if i dont get the washer caps...£20 each!!

then there is just paint. a price worth paying?

Rudd_2002 - i see you quoted that you can get all parts for £130 delivered. Who is this with mate?
I'm also after the parts for an M front bumper and trying to find the missing pieces!!!

My car was wrecked (whole side was sideswiped). My front bumper was not damaged by the accident, but had nicks from and some places where it was scarred. I replaced the front bumper with an "M" and I really like the look. I am glad I did it.

ok so iv decided. im going to go with the facelift bumper that i have. i think its the more sensible and cost effective (me being tight) way to do things.

aquazi, is your bumper a facelift? you could also loose your towing eye cap :wink: im not too bothered if you dont want to, there quite cheap £8 IIRC

Not sure how i could explain to the dealer that getting blown off the car :lol: I thought the toweye caps where the same on all the bumpers?

no the facelift has a step in it from what i can see.

I've emailed this guy about the parts Rudd_2002 so i'll wait and see what the comeback is
