Z4 Hitch Cycle Rack

Is a 2-bike Z4 Hitch MTB rack of any use to anyone?

I bought my Z4 in January 2013 specifically because the brochure shows it with a beautiful rear hitch cycle rack.
Previously, I was putting my MTBs in the back of My RenaultSport Megane and it was more like a skip than a car.

After taking delivery of the Z4, I asked my local dealer to fit the aforementioned rack. They told me there were none in stock in the UK or Germany, and that it would be £1700.

As luck would have it, I was heading to Florida on business that weekend, and while I was there, I purchased a Hitch bar from ExecuHitch

And a Saris Thelma 2 cycle rack.

The result is a beautiful secure way of carrying 2 bikes on my Z4, and when it's removed the car is back to pristine appearance, with no visible tow-bar or hitch.

Problem is, recently, I've started riding in a group where I often have to give 2 or 3 guys a lift. So I've bought a Volkswagen Transporter, now that it's full converted, I can also use it for sleeping in when I'm on long distance biking trips.

Spent a lot of money on the Transporter, so I'm selling the Z4 set up, if anyone is interested.
It's used, but in excellent condition. Cost around $1,000 - open to offers.

Hi DoctorDee, is this for Z4 2009 onwards as the web site suggests albeit they appear to be showing a pre 2009 in their pics. May well be interested if this could fit a 2008 roadster.

Yeah, I'm afraid its for the E89 - sorry!
I said in the description that i bought my Z4 in January this year, but forgot to say that that was brand new.

I'm pretty sure that Execuhitch makes (or made) hitch bars for both models, which may be why they still have the E85 photo.

Thanks DoctorDee, I had a feeling it was for the E89. Very elegant solution nonetheless combined with impressive design. I'll drop them a line to ask after the E85 else I'll have to use my "other" car when biking beckons!

OK, so this is what it looks like on the car:
