I would love to locate a hard top for my 2006 (facelift) Z4, I'm not sure if an early shape one would fit...???
Cash is waiting... not too fussed about paint colour as I'd have it sprayed!... Pref Silver/Grey Met (A08)
How much £money£ ?
Cheers!!!

There is no difference between pre & post facelift cars as far as the Hardtop is concerned, the only advice I can give you is to keep an eye open on Ebay where they come up from time to time, though there are none on there at the moment.
They will possibly fetch a premium in the winter for the obvious reason my guess would be to expect to pay between £800 and £1000 and approx £250-£300 for a respray, unless you get lucky and get the right colour straight off.

m44rrt has sold his car,you can check with him re his hardtop,it is titanium silver

I'll ask for commission later

Normally go for anywhere between £800 - £1100

The silvers are probably most popular and I've often seen them go for four figures.....pretty unusual in fact to go for less on eBay....and as RichardG says, the hardtop has been of standard form and shape throughout the E85's life.

Thank you very much for all the info!
I'm looking on eBay daily to see what comes up?
If I don't find one in the next week or two I'm going to sell the car!

2006 '06' 3.0si Sport with 25,500 miles, in light grey with Oregon Pearl Grey leather (very light almost off white) with MV2 18'' alloys (4 nearly new Cont RFTyres), new MOT and just been service at Ocean BMW (Cornwall) 3 weeks ago... if anyone is interested, please let me know? I can email you a full spec from BMW ... £££££ ????????????

selling the car because you can't find a hard top seems a little drastic :?

had mine 5 years, never had one, all fine :D

+1....they'll be scarce this time of year because prices drop a bit but come autumn there will be loads of the buggers.

Sounds like you need one of them there coops anyway LOL :)

As above, seem s drastic selling just for this reason, be worth paying top money for the Hard top as you will loose more in selling I would guess.

Hi, I have a brand new unused Z4 hardtop for sale, to suit 2003 to 2008 models. It is Titanium Silver. We bought it when we bought our Z4 and it has been stored, wrapped, in our warehouse at work, so has been kept bone dry & clean. Unfortunately, my husband wrote the Beamer off, and we bought a Porsche instead, so we don't need the hard top any more. I was about to put it on Ebay & was doing some research into price when I found this forum.

We are looking for £1000 for it, and it would have to be collected - we live near Plymouth.

Let me know if you're interested & I can send you photos if you like.
