The E46 3 series sway bar (anti-roll bar) should be basically the same as the E85 as the links and bush mounts are shared,

Front:
Bushing mounts: 16 ft-lbs
Links: 48 ft-lbs

Rear:
Bushing mounts: 16 ft-lbs
Links: 25 ft-lbs

Links: 58Nm / 43 lbf ft
Bushing mounts: 21Nm / 16 lbf ft

Source: TIS (so official BMW data)
For the z4 somehow a different spec is given on the links compared to the e46.

Bushing mounts should be bolted down when the suspension is under load according to TIS!
