I bit the bullet and bought a BMW one for my previous car for about £45.

Be careful if you don't as Z4 ones seem to be a different size to any other BMW!

And make sure you keep the nuts from the back of your old badge as you don't get them with the new OE badge.

I need one for the front, too. The only cheap ones I've found have been stickers rather than replacement badges.

I couldn’t see a cheap one the correct size, so bought a genuine one through eBay from Cotswold BMW, about 45 quid. No regrets
